This award is in honor of Captain Ali “Kong” Jivanjee, who tragically died in 2008 over the Gulf of Mexico while conducting an F-15C training mission. He received his callsign for being the King Kong of wingmen, always supporting those around him. This is an award for Volunteers who demonstrate the wingmen ethos and best support their regions. The award will be presented at the end of the school year and come with a small stipend.
